Staff are not hoteliers. They know nothing about working in a hotel. Zero customer service. Rooms are very old and never maintained. Everything is broken inside..shower, lights, bed, couch, desk with no chair. This property shouldn't be rated. Below 0 star..not exaggerating!

Very bad experience..never again

Actually we didn’t stay one night from four we reserved obliged because we arrived after midnight dirty cold dark old stinky not friendly staff and sure not hoest but i blame hotels.com because they let us down!!

hotel silencieux avec jolie vue sur la ville

L endroit bénéficie d'une vue splendide sur Meknes. L endroit est vraiment paisible et vous permet de vous restaurer dans plusieurs endroits et de pouvoir danser si le cœur vous en dit. J'étais là pour affaire et recherchais le calme (mis à part la priere habituelle qui vous réveille à 6H40 du matin !!) L'hôtel nécessiterai une rénovation car il devient vraiment vieux. C est dommage car les chambres sont spacieuses, les lits également. Le petit déjeuner quant à lui n est pas digne d une hotel de cette catégorie. Pour du standard marocain, je peux dire que ça va....

Nice site, but hotel and rooms in bad conditions

The staff at the hotel (frontdesk, porter and breakfast) are friendly. However the staff at the restaurants are very unprofessional. There is a big pool in the hotel that is open to public, very dirty. At least there is a smaller one on the other side for hotel guest only. Make sure to ask for the moroccan style tooms that are far better than the european ones. But all the rooms and the whole is in very bad condition. Too bad because the site is beautiful.

Un hôtel 2 étoiles pour le prix d'un 4 étoiles.

Chambre: Simple vitrage à côté de la discothèque. La moquette dates du XXeme siècle. Petit déjeuner: Croissants secs, pas de fruits, et seulement une omelette pour ceux qui désirent manger salée. Le petit déjeuner est à prendre dans l'unique salle fumeur.

Bel hôtel mais un peu en perte de vitesse

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est exceptionnel. la piscine très agréable et les chambres très propres. Toutefois, le repas du soir était infecte et servi dans une salle à manger éclairée au néons et qui aurait bien besoin d'une rénovation. Notre chambre avait une belle vue, mais nous avons découvert qu'elle donnait sur la discothèque. Musique assourdissante toute la nuit!

Hôtel vieillot mais personnel très bien

Un séjour de 3 jours 2 nuits où j'ai pu tester les 2 restos. Sans hésitation celui proche de la discothèque est vraiment meilleur. Côté chambre, très déçu car le confort est très simple, les chambres sont vieillottes, peu de chaînes françaises, salle de bain sans aucun luxe. Mais le pire est l'insonorisation, impossible de dormir avant 2h de matin avec le bruit de la discothèque. Heureusement le personnel est sympa et compétent. En résumé un hôtel qui devait être très bien à l'ouverture mais qui a besoin d'un bon cour de travaux, heureusement le personnel est là.
