The garage communicates with the interior of the chalet and is accessible from the outside via an automatic door and a pedestrian entrance. 1 vehicle can be easily parked here, 1 other vehicle can be parked outside (next to the garage entrance) and numerous free parking spaces are also available at the foot of the chalet.
-1st floor: Entrance into a large, bright living/dining/kitchen area with large windows, opening onto a terrace (with outdoor dining area) and garden. 2 en suite bedrooms (1 with balcony), each with its own bathroom. 1 guest WC.
The living room has a large fireplace, comfortable sofas, a large TV (Smart Tv) and a Devialet audio system.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a huge fridge/freezer, a Godin kitchen piano (with 2 oven compartments, 3 gas fires, 1 electric and 1 plancha), a washing machine, a dishwasher (Miele) and all the necessary small appliances (Nespresso, microwave, kettle, toaster, citrus juicer, etc.).
-2nd floor: This floor is dedicated to the 2nd Master suite. This one boasts very high ceilings, its own furnished terrace with a panoramic view of Rochebrune, its TV (equipped with an electric arm), ample storage space, a safe, its magnificent bathroom (large corner bathtub) and a WC.
