Located on the heights of Megève, this flat is just 1 km from the village centre, 800 m from the Rochebrune cable car and 700 m from the first chairlifts. It is nestled on the 2nd? and top floor of a residence without a lift.

The accommodation comprises an entrance hall with cupboards and wardrobe, a shower room with washing machine (3 kg), a separate WC, a fitted kitchenette, as well as a living/dining room with dining area, fireplace insert, television and access to a south-west facing balcony.
On the night side, there is a first bedroom with a double bed (160 x 190), wardrobes, television and access to a balcony, a second bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190) and wardrobes, and a cabin with a bunk bed (sleeps 2, 90 x 190).

The flat also includes a ski locker and an underground parking space numbered 20 (located in the Prairial building).
Garage dimensions: entrance H 1.90 m / W 3.90 m - parking space H 1.90 m / W 2.50 m / D 4.60 m.

Très bon séjour

Résidence très calme Il faut par contre prendre la voiture pour aller prendre les remontées mécaniques mais il y a un parking gratuit pas loin Appartement très fonctionnel et bien équipé
