Villa Veronika I is located in Vinkuran, near the city of Pula and the popular Pješčana Uvala. This 3-bedroom villa can accommodate 10 people and is ideal for a group of friends or a group of young people. This villa makes up half of the semi-detached property, but don't worry – you will have enough privacy and space, both inside and out.The villa has 200 m² and extends over 2 floors. On the ground floor you will be greeted by a warm ambience in an open plan space consisting of a living room, dining room and kitchen. In the living room, there are 2 sofas and an armchair, as well as a Smart TV where you can watch your favorite Netflix series. In the extension of the room there is a fully equipped kitchen and next to it there is also a dining table where you can enjoy prepared meals. There is also a separate guest toilet on the ground floor.The villa is surrounded by a garden of 1500 m² where there will be more than enough space for play and fun.
