「What an experience from booking and communicating to staying and feeling like family. Ivana was very diligent in helping us when questions arose. We had a Mario waiting for us at the bus station and drove to the border to get out lost luggage. Nicoli greeted us our first night and spent time with us tasting/explaining wine from the family winery. Which was excellent. The room was clean and quiet. 「Pansion Robi is about a mile and a half out of Medugorie....so nice to be away from all the tour buses and crowds and be able to come back in the evening for Mass after a short rest. The owners could not be more accomodating....drove us into town to shiw us where all the sites were and greted us with cake and coffee even though we arrived several hours early. They jeep there pansion clean and neat....we felt blessed to stay at a family run business.」
