This property is upscale, modern and clean and was very comfortable. It is located close to restaurants and shops. The owner was pleasant and went above and beyond to accommodate us when we had a glitch in our plans and when we had questions.

We had a great time staying at this rental in Medford. It was well maintained, clean, stocked up kitchen etc. as we spent most of the the day skiing and driving near by…didn’t spend much time in the back yard. It was perfect rental for 3 nights for two families…..we will re visit again when we plan a trip to crater lake or Ashland. Both mt.Ashland and crater lake are within driving distance. Lots of eateries near by.

Spacious and Cute

The home was comfortable and very accommodating. The host was very informative and great about any exceptions we needed. Their response awlays came in a timely matter. We came out of state for an unfortunate event and it was nice knowing we had no difficulties with our lodging.

Nice property

The home was nice and in itself was clean. It is conveniently located and close to restaurants and shopping. Unfortunately they were running behind and we had to wait in our cars and werent able to check in until 430 and had zero towels to use and were left with a closet full of dirty linens. We had a 530 show to get to and were hoping to spruce up a bit but there was no time and we didnt bring our own towels. We literally didnt even have a hand towel to dry our hands in the bathroom. The owner said the previous people used every room and every linen they had and since the cleaners were running behind they didnt have enough time to wash everything. There was a load of laundry put in the dryer so we had a couple towels that night to shower.

Beautiful home

We stayed for one night and loved the house. It accommodated our small family and has plenty of room and space. It was very clean. We did not utilize the backyard and outdoor space. It was a little warm when we first got there, but the house quickly cools once you adjust the thermostats and it was comfortable. Great location close to a couple of restaurants within a couple of miles and walking distance to Jasper's. We would stay here again if ever in the area again.

Great central location for picking up family from airport or shopping at nearby Fred meyer, the mall, Trader Joe's and countless restaurants. Highway 99 and 5 were just around the corner. As well as our favorite Coffee Spot: Spin. Mr Sosa was quick to respond to a few requests. The house is well laid out & highly functional for 8-10 people with a garage & parking for at least three or four vehicles in front.

Excellent place to stay for Crater National Park or Oregon Shakespeare Festival

Loved it! Our family of 6 was visiting the area for Crater National Park (2.5 hours) and Oregon Shakespeare Festival (20-minute drive to Ashland). This was an excellent place; the house is new and well-kept and we really enjoyed our stay. Having 3 bathrooms was great too! The instructions were super clear and the host was very helpful. Plenty of grocery stores, Target, etc., about a 2-5 minute drive away. Highly recommended if you are looking for a nice, large, clean, modern property for your stay in the area.

Thank you for your Hospitality! You have a beautiful home Thank you for sharing! I did have a few minor issues , I had to clean what looked like stuck on bugars or snot off the wall behind the blue couch. I was also a little sad I could not run a load of laundry because we went to the new water park and didn't want to travel with wet suits and towels The dryer and washer were both full of towels and sheets. Overall our stay was nice and we appreciate your hospitality.

Great Space for a Group

Met up with two friends and one's two kiddos (5&7). Very convenient to the airport and within 10 mins of everywhere in Medford we needed to go. Beds were super comfy and the bedrooms were quiet. Wifi was fast and easy to connect. Kitchen was well-stocked with dishes and utensils (and if needed pots and pans). The toaster oven was an added blessing! Everything was clean and neat. The kids had fun playing in the large walkin closet downstairs (thoughtfully set up with a desk for any home office needs. Plenty of beds and bathrroms to go around. No onerous checkout duties. Valente (the host) was helpful for the check-in instructions and made getting in a breeze!
