Clean upscale hotel.

The front desk was very helpful. The breakfast was great!!

I should say it is a very nice hotel. Never use it if you a car the parking garage is awful, I alway drive with a car and am a very experienced driver but going down 4 levels in a parking lot that is so narrow (only one car can go up and down and it's almost impossible to turn) took me like 20 minutes and thank god my car had 360 degrees camera. The hotel is clean, the rooms are ok, the location is great, it's not in the historic center but honestly this is what you want - it's a great place to experience prague and not feel like a tourist. We did feel dissapointed when we learned the espresso capsules cost us like 2usd each, and only the instance coffee were free, we only learnt that when checking out, not when we got more capsules, assuming they are complimentary, i was never charged for room coffee i recommend the hotel either give them for free or just give us instant coffee and charge for coffee downstairs it's confusing and annoying. The parking is pretty far away, so again - dont come here with a car and remember you need to pay for the coffee capsules.
