"A lovely relaxing stay at this Finca within secluded area but great views and sunsets from the house. Can hike on trails from the house and down to the village for bars etc. Antonio was very good to us and we could eat fresh eggs from his hens."

"We absolutely loved Merida and this apartment was a great location - very close to restaurants and shopping. Walkable to everything in town. There was a mix up somehow on the property we had rented and I’m not sure what exactly went wrong but the hosts had this property available and moved us to this one. "A great choice for exploring Merida. It’s not quite the 5 star hotel it’s listed as on some sites, but it is still excellent. Nice big rooms with character and good bathrooms. The pool is lovely (it’s also green: perfectly safe and lots of people were in it, but it was green). The bar isn’t a bar - it’s a cafe and it’s not open that late (for Spain) but that doesn’t really matter a the square out front has loads of bars. Stored my luggage on check out fine. Online check in didn’t work but front desk were good/quick. 15 minutes walk from bus station, 10 from train station, easy walk to the Roman theatre and other sites."

"I felt taken advantage of at this property. When we checked in they informed me that Expedia had under charged me as a single and I was traveling with my daughter. So they had to add extra fees for her and for parking. Even after I showed them the reservation confirmation clearly showing 2 people on it, they insisted I pay extra fees. But the location was convenient. "
