The kitchen is fully equipped, with stove, refrigerator and microwave, air conditioning, a washer, a dryer, and Wi-Fi. The building has lift access, a doorman and a gym.



The Space:

It has one bathroom.



In the bedroom: fresh bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, hangers, iron, and room-darkening shades.



The full kitchen comes with stove, refrigerator, microwave, blender, kettle, coffee maker, cookware, tableware and wine glasses. A washer and a dryer is available in the apartment. It also has a workspace.



The bathroom is stocked with towels, hair dryer, shampoo, body soap and hot water. Air conditioning runs throughout.



Guest Access:

The apartment door opens with a code we send you before you arrive, so there are no keys to pick up.

Atanasio Girardot Stadium and Sports Complex: football matches and concerts, and a good place to walk or run.

Nutibara Avenue: a strip of local cafés and restaurants.

Unicentro: shopping, dining, supermarkets and everyday essentials.



The Medellín Metro and the rest of the public transport network are easy to reach, which makes it straightforward to visit Comuna 13, Plaza Botero and Parque Explora.

Transport can be arranged through us for any trip during your stay, at a rate confirmed in advance. Message us before your arrival.
