「There was a small issue with the light in the bathroom. I let the gentleman at the counter know about it and he was able to quickly switch us to another room. We also had to wait on a ride after our checkout and after returning our rental car. We were wed to wait in the lobby until our ride arrived. Staff was more than willing to help out and made our stay there very welcoming and was a pleasure. Would stay there again without hesitation. 」
「I didn’t like that you have to buy everything for the kitchen like pots and pans. I think he said you have to buy or rent them out. I love that I was able to walk to Burlington and certain restaurants. A couple of little malls near by too. 」
「Bed was comfortable. AC did not work until manager came and unplugged it and plugged it back in to reset it. Cord was hidden under carpet. Took the towels after the first night even though we hung them up but never brought fresh. The hallway carpet was stained and very dirty. Breakfast area was very basic. One carafe of coffee that always seemed to be empty. Spills on the floor right in front of the elevator that patrons had to walk around but the staff did too. It was an ok stay for two nights...
「Food options on-site we're not that great. Internet access was available, but connection was slow and would occasionally drop. The beds we're sleep-able, but not what I would call comfortable. Stay away from the pool until some serious DEEP CLEANING is done. The hotel is under renovation, so this may help with some of the issues. However, I would suggest bringing your own towels and such, if you require more than one set...because that is all that you're going to get.」
