Good hotel with a short drive to Haram ( Taxis take SAR 10-20 based on rush/demand). Can walk to Haram as well, but return of Haram is quite steep so could be challenging with family. Overall the hotel is clean, well maintained

Property was clean and staff were great. It’s just in a hill so going to the masque it was down hill and going back was hard. They do offer a bus transportation but hardly able to get in it coming back. Otherwise it was great

It's 30-minute walk away from the masjid haram, but when you're going masjid haram from the hotel its ok you can walk easily because it's a downward slope. When you are coming back from the masjid haram to the hotel it's very difficult to walk on the sloping way back. You need to hair taxi. The shower was broken in my room attached toilet and water pressure are also not very good.

I went to look for the hotel at check in time paid the taxi driver I vould not find it Went again at 8pm Was looking for it for 2hours Still could not find it Luckily one of my friend was there He booked me another hotel

It’s a 20 min walk to/from the Al Haram with parts of it being downhill/uphill. The room and bathroom was clean. We just couldn’t figure out how to charge our phones. The WiFi only works in the rooms.

I have left message for property at booking time that our flight is at night time so we will arriving between 1am to 3am that's why we booked a room a day before so room will be ready but they have no room available and hotel was overbooked. Receptionist was new on duty and no idea. He said we have booking for tonight but my manager thinks we are not coming so he gave to someone else. We have to leave out luggage and left for Umrah . They've given room next day in afternoon.
