Room was clean, but toilet area needs to be cleaned better and staff are really helpful. It's about a 15 min walk to Haram, not ideal if you struggle with walking or have kids as on the way back its incline up a hill which can be challenging.

We stayed 5 nights, had a good experience Staff very cooperative especially domestic staff very helpful and every time ready to help. There is Restaurant for guests if they want to use. One thing missing small pantry should be available on every floor where one microwave, toaster and stove should available for guests if they need to use, I would recommend management to look at this suggestion. Over all Good for money, shops are locally, Haram 10 minutes walk. Also hotel bus service available as well..

As we arrived the lobby was lovely and cool good seating area. The staff were very helpful speaking a variety of languages. As we got to our room it was adequate As there were 5 of us in total we got a room with 4 bed 2 bed were queen sized. The toilet and bathroom was nice slightly cramped toilet was broken but repaired. Shower cubicles itself was nice I like the floor tiles not slippy. There was a fridge with water already Tea coffee making facilities Good a/c facilities WiFi was a bit laggy but not too bad all in all our stay here was more than enough and comfortable would recommend.

Honestly it was a superb experience, beds were great, shower nice and hot, although not enough cold water. When I asked for water bottles or anything from downstairs it usually took some time, and on top of that the bottles were very warm too. But the staff were very very pleasant. Breakfast was nice and well priced

Everything is good except the nightmare shuttle service. I spent 5 days; it was working the first 2 days then stopped working the rest of days. It is really hard to go to Haram without bus shuttle. The other transportation is not available all the time and taxis are so expensive. I don't know if that happened regularly with the hotel or if it was bad luck. I was really tired because that issue; you can't walk to the Haram as it is a hill road and far away from the Haram, I didn't recommend that hotel for old or sick people. I saw many cheaper hotels providing shuttle service to their guests; it was disappointing for me to pay good money and be so tired.

Bus service was totally bad, unorganized, almost all days in first week, I had to ride a taxi back to hotel. As per driver, traffic police were not allowing and as per reception, bus was broken, now guess what who was right! The most important, they replaced big bus to small coaster bus and reduced the schedule to less then 50%!!!!!!!! Also, washroom condition was garbage, the drain was flowing up in all washroom, they fixed when reported as if they favoured and no apologies at all! Did want to exit but was fully paid and was not refundable!

We visited last year in 2025 and this year as well, but this time we had a terrible experience. The bathroom smells were horrible, and the staff was unable to remove them.
