The room i asked for was suppose to be a queen or twin bed atleast for me and my wife. However we got a room with 3 single beds. I sad this isnt what i asked i for they said they only have such rooms and that they will send someone to join the beds. However

Only 15 minutes walk from Masjid Al Haram, lots of Pakistani eateries in the area. Very decent buffet breakfast

Good Hotel Good staff but the only downside is it’s a bit far your looking at 10-15 min to Haram Boundary depending on how busy it is overall hotel and staff are great

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, and the housekeeping service provided by Mohammed Mahbub was excellent. He ensured that the room was cleaned daily and went beyond customer expectations with his attention to detail and service. The only downside is the distance to Masjid Al-Haram. While it’s about a 15-20 minute walk, navigating through the crowds and street vendors can make the journey a bit challenging. However, aside from that, my overall experience was very good.

Reasonable, property is old but rooms Are okay as a price offerrrd. Location is great. May be 10 to 15 min walk Max. One issue as Our rooms were not together as we have made booking under one reservation for 4 rooms. I left a message to hotel a month ago but no response. So communication is not very great but hotel in general okay to stay.

Room was full of small cockroaches, very disgusting, dirty and smelly hotel. Do not very book in this filthy hotel. I do not recommend at all.

Overall experience was very good except supporting staff some of supporting staff members at entrance was arrogant. I requested him to help me to carry my lagged he refused that was very bad impression rest of things were very fine. I will rate 8.5 rather than 9.5 because supporting staff at welcome gate rest of the team members were very very nice and their efforts were appreciated.

This hotel was absolute trash! Front desk are rude. There are literally zero amenities for $80/night you think it’ll be better. They don’t come clean the rooms at all during your stay. Never again would I book this place!
