"I’m so glad we decided to pay a little extra and stay onsite at Santa Claus village. The staff went above and beyond to welcome us to Finland and absolutely mesmerised my children by letting them know Santa was expecting them. We also really appreciated that the staff kept our luggage as we had arrived early, and then dropped it to our apartment later in the day. We arrived early but staff emailed as soon as our room was ready so we were still in before the agreed check in time. The apartment was perfectly formed and had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were comfortable and the sauna was a lovely addition. The breakfast was excellent - we really appreciated that it was served until 11am and found the choice of food to be outstanding. My children particularly loved the white chocolate donuts! Thank you so much - I could not recommend this stay highly enough."

"Beautiful hotel, central location, friendly staff who helped every night get milk for my baby. Rooms are on the small side, however they are fit for purpose with very comfortable beds. Great variety at breakfast, fruit, waffles, eggs, porridge etc. couldn’t fault our stay. "
