"We have stayed here several times. Always smooth sailing. Great staff. Clean. Happy to see the renovations are done. Stayed in a king room with park view. Spacious and clean. Comfy bed as always. Thoroughly enjoy the new filtered water dispensers that can give you. Cold, sparkling or hot water. Pretty neat ! I would say that the new fridges for the room are far too small for my liking. But it’s not a deal breaker. "

"Nice property for the area of the city. Room bathroom had a sliding door which easily fell off the rails trapping myslef inside i had to physically lift the door off the rails to get out and theybarent light. Second my daughter had a minor injury from the pool due to poor maintenance and the step was broke and had a sharp edge from tile and she happen to ram her hip on itwe brought it to the hotel attention but they didnt seem to care much. Breakfast was way over priced for what was offered i wouldnt book here again."

"I stayed for one night and overall everything was good. I would just recommend that the hotel staff replace the silicone around the jacuzzi, as it could use some maintenance. Thank you."

"Rooms very clean. Great location close to shopping, food. Very quiet. Free underground parking definitely a bonus in the winter and for security. "

"I absolutely love this hotel stay here every time im in town 1st floor room next to laundry room think 110 is rhe worst room you can hear washer bang again the wall allllllllllllll day. Butbitherwise staff is great and close to everything"

"The facility and staff were good. A hook in the bathroom would have been helpful. Unfortunately, no warm water in our bathroom sink. The noise from the bar patrons and music speakers was unbearable. No peace and quiet until 2:50 AM. The continental breakfast was disappointing. A scavenger hunt to find a coffee mug. The front desk was helpful when there was no more coffee. "
