"The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The anti slip stuff in the shower was peeling up and there was a rubber mat but it had black mildew on it. I didn't use the pool or hot tub but they both looked nice and clean. The fitness center was terrible. No free weights just a cable machine probably from the '80s tucked in a corner. The treadmill turned on but wouldn't go past the first speed and the belt slipped even doing that, and the bike seat flopped and clanked with ever peddle."

"Clean, modern hotel. Friendly staff. Underground parking was convenient with in/out privileges. We had a room on the ground floor which was actually garden level so when you looked out you were 1/2 below ground staring at a lot of concrete. Didn’t love Tha. The layout of the room was very cramped. The living area seemed very small. The bedroom was closed off with barn doors but perhaps might feel bigger if the room was all one big room. Location was great so I’d stay here again but try a room on the higher floors. Also not sure about there taste in art. I guess it is Boulder ;)"

"This hotel does not have an elevator. The room was basically clean. One bed covering had a stain and should have never been put on the bed. The rest of the issues were maintenance or lack of, the sink was broken, someone dropped something heavy in the sink and it shattered, the chair upholstery had a hole and was years beyond needing put in a dumpster, the window screen was bent resulting in not sealing out bugs, the door frame in the 'wet room' is badly rusted and the fan is extremely loud and in need of replacement, a floor tile was loose and moved every time you stepped on it. The stairs needed vacuumed the entire 3 nights of our stay. Breakfast, mixed reviews. There is no waffle or pancake option. The eggs, green chili and bacon were pretty good. The toaster is old and only has 2 slots, which isn't adequate. Juice was good. Apples the only fruit, no yogurt. Coffee not good, and not available 24 hours. Hot tea bags weren't put out until our last morning. Trash cans full and overflowing. Staff. One lady spent most of her time talking non-stop on her phone and going outside to smoke. I guess taking care of the breakfast and guests were not her first priority. The one person who impressed was the Front Office Manager, Rori. she kept the breakfast room clean, food stocked, and handled the front desk."
