「For the price, this was a great place to stay. We didn't have any problems. The reservation process was seamless. The check-in was quick and the staff was most accommodating when we asked for extra towels. I loved that the room was on the first floor and we did not have to deal with the elevators. 「It’s close by to the main things you want to see in DC and street parking was pretty easy. The surrounding area was quiet. The apartment had everything you needed. The check in and check out process is super easy. The host is very responsive and helpful. Had an issue and the host had sent someone out the same day to take care of it. 「It was very clean and well maintained. It has full sized washer/dryer that came in handy. Location is an easy Uber/Lyft ride downtown. The unit is spacious with 2 full baths and surprisingly comfortable beds. Wished for bedside table lamps. Living room furniture is "well loved" but functional. Each unit has only 1 parking space but there is free parking on the street for any additional vehicles.」

"チェックインした時点で、石鹸の封が開いている、シャワーキャップの紙箱に水しぶきがかかっている、シュガー類が入った袋にコーヒーの染みがある等部屋の準備に甘い部分があった。それを鑑みてチップを置かなかったからか、掃除は洗面所の床に髪の毛が残っていたりと大ざっぱであった。とはいえ潔癖症の人間が過ごせる程度であり、一番安い部屋に泊まったが寝室も洗面所も広くあるべきところがきちんと広く、ホテルの従業員も丁寧であったので快適に過ごせた。各種タオル、ドライヤー、アイロン、バスローブ等の備品は揃っている。シャンプー、リンス、ボディークリーム、シャワーキャップ、靴磨き、手洗い用石鹸、全身洗い用石鹸はあるが、歯ブラシや化粧水、ミネラルウォーターはない。少し歩けばドラッグストアがあるので適宜購入可能。"

"部屋は狭いけど全てが整ってます。冷蔵庫はないけど私には必要ありません。スタッフの方々はフレンドリーでした。美術館、ワシントンモールなど有名なところに歩いて行けます。また周りにたくさんあるレストランも楽しめます。中華街の中なので外は賑やかでしたが、ぐっすり眠れました。一階のカフェのペイストリーもおいしそうです"
