"Found this hotel to be very disappointing. Upon arriving, there was a bell along with a notice that they were away assisting another guest and would return shortly. As we waited, the front desk attendant walked out of the back room, having been there the entire time. I reserved a room with 2 beds. We found the room quite stuffy and had an obnoxious odor that didn't improve with turning on the air. I headed down to see if they had anything to combat the odor. Stepping into the elevator, there was something on the floor, both there and on the first floor when stepping out. This unidentified spill would remain on the floor by the next morning, albeit stickier. Again the notice was still there, although I rang the bell and the front desk clerk was in the back, just like the last time. I was handed a container of Fabreeze (made a slight improvement). When my spouse went to retire we discovered the fitted sheet on his bed was ripped. I called down to inform them at the desk, as I didn't want to be blamed. My bed was not comfortable. The only nice thing I can say about it was the sheets were extremely soft. Heading down to breakfast in the a.m. my husband commented on the smell of urine in the elevator. Breakfast was disappointing. The coffee was so watered down, it was more like colored water with no true coffee flavor, and the orange and cranberry juices are just as diluted, with little flavor. Notice on the desk still there. We definitely won't be back."

"It’s very hard to get someone to clean the room or any room service. The black lady at the front desk was very rude and nasty to customers I believe her name was Camilla, i called her on the phone from my room and told her my room was not clean as I requested it to be done and no one came. she than said well all works gone for the today and I need to come down for towels because she is busy so my husband when down for the towels and she send him and told him he need to come back with the dirty towels in order to get clean ones.like he is working for comfort suits it seem like even the manager is very much non existent and responsible I speak to Akash Patel the general manager and didn’t do anything but listen to what I had to say and he’s respond was I will find out more information on the situation/ the front desk women and get back to me which he never did. These Indians from India just want to make money and provide poor services. DID EVEN WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME TO STAY COMFORT SUITS."
