"We were a group of six including adults and teenagers. We loved the spaciousness of this home! There was lots of room to hang out together or separate. We also really enjoyed the balconies and patios. The closest national park entrance was Swift Run Gap and it was only about a 20 minute drive. The kitchen was also stocked enough with pots and pans for us to cook several meals in. Overall, we loved this place and it was perfect for our trips to Shenandoah National Park!"

"The resort is very family friendly! Many parks, pools, so many activities! We had deer outside of our place daily it was great! The views were amazing. The only bad review is the cleanliness. I mean the walls were dirty, many cobwebs/dust. The floor needed a vacuum when we got there. A dead roach welcomed me when we walked into one of the rooms. They have a checkout checklist of things you need to do. I completely understand cleaning up after selves but it would be nice if the resort would make sure these villas are clean! "

"Very accomodating and communicative. We would have preferred black out curtains or blinds in the master bedroom. We are late sleepers and the sheers didn’t allow for that. However, the place was very clean and pet friendly, which was a huge bonus! It is a short walk to the slopes and we had a great time. Plan to come back for sure."

"The hostess was very attentive & responded with expediency. The home is nestled away in a peaceful, private resort neighborhood. Within driving minutes to Massanutten resort amenities. The home was very clean & comfortable. One of the highlights was the well-stocked welcome basket. The home is ideal for multi-generational families. "

"Very easy vacation! I hate when places don't include anything in the house and then you have to buy dishwasher detergent, hand soap, sponges, trash bags, laundry detergent, aluminum foil, and a million other (hopefully) travel-sized home supplies, but this was NOT the case here! All we bought was additional tp, paper towels, and olive oil (and of course we brought our own towel, per the listing. Don't forget about bringing hand towels for the bathrooms!).Garage was great to have (it's clean and spacious with no clutter!), house is an easy like 8 min drive to the ski resort and a 5 min drive to restaurants, ice cream, and the ski rental place on 33, so for us it was "central" to our daily activities.If you're not going out to eat and you prefer to cook at home, they do have lots of spices (no chili pepper flakes that we saw though), two fridges, and a grill that had basically full propane tank. There was a Keurig, toaster, I recall a panini press, and probably other appliances I didn't pay attention to.Our only critique was that the master bed mattress felt a bit soft on the right side, so my husband slept in the middle of the mattress while I slept on the left (it's a King size bed, so not a big deal for us). We let the owners know, since they were super great communicators throughout our stay, and they said that they'd check it out (apparently it's a Tempurpedic low profile mattress, so it might also be a preference issue)."
