"Overall it is a great place to stay and close to everything. The newer trailer was very clean and set up nicely. Just use caution if driving a car or motorcycle because there is a bump from the dirt road onto the concrete driveway. The owner was very helpful and kept checking on us to make sure we didn’t need anything. I recommend this property."

"huge value very reasonable rates. nice country side to getaway from city hustle. but not to far for those who seek good night life. I chosen this site for wide open spaces for my faa 107 uas upkeep. the host of this place is great very freindly, Location is very easy to get to coming directly from the south north or the west . The space I had was perfect it had much more than I was expecting. I do plan on heading back in on one of my three weeks of vaction I get a year."

" We ended up checking out and leaving. We got back home that night four hours away and realized that we did not have our daughter’s princess pillow that she has slept with for the last four years. We got back home that night four hours away and realized that we did not have our daughter’s princess pillow that she has slept with for the last four years she was distraught. Luckily we have family in the area still and the property manager was able to open the door remotely to allow one of my family members and to collect her pillow so that we can get her pillow back to her My four-year-old daughter is forever grateful for that small act of kindness. We do appreciate everything and we will definitely be back as we stay in the area pretty regularly. We absolutely enjoyed this home. We have a three-year-old a four-year-old and a nine-year-old. The Poole was the most used thing in the home. All bedding was comfortable and showers were large. The water pressure in the home was the most impressive thing to me as it is a big deal for me when I shower. "

Convenient to Brewton AL and Pensacola, FL.Kitchen had everything you would need to cook.One of the few VRBO that I have stayed in that had good fluffy towels and plenty of them. Very peaceful and pretty view. Definately would stay again."
