Greater Indianapolis area, Geist Lake, northeast side. At the edge of McCordsville, IN, McCord Pointe is a masterplan community that offers suburban living. Located east of Olio Road on 96th Street, residents can easily access SR-234 and CR-36 to explore shopping and dining options in nearby Geist Lake, Fishers and Fortville, as well as the greater Indianapolis area. For your protect and security there are three cameras on the exterior of the house, front door bell, garage area, and rear porch.

Great house, quiet neighborhood
Stayed here for 3 weeks with 2 coworkers. Neighborhood is nice and quiet. The house had everything we needed. Very short drive to grocery stores and restaurants. Would stay here again if we had to work in this area again. Ken, the host is very responsive.

A good second stay
We have stayed here before. The house once again was very clean and the neighborhood was nice. Checkin and checkout is a breeze and we were asked if we needed an extended checkout. I would recommend that the rules on permitted guests be clearer to avoid miscommunications.

Lovely Home!
We stayed at this home last year and jumped on the opportunity to stay here again. It's a very nice quiet neighborhood. The home has everything needed to cook meals all week with all the comforts of home.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay...a beautiful home with everything you need at your fingertips. The kitchen was especially well stocked with tableware, cookware, appliances...just like being at home. Super impressed!
Came to Fishers to see family and was extremely impressed with this home. Checking in was fast and easy. The home was clean and very accommodating. The location couldn’t have been better! Close to Geist Kroger restaurants ect. Will definitely rent again!

Great rental
We had a wonderful stay in this lovely home! It's very convenient to the Fishers/McCordsville/Geist area and this brand new neighborhood was safe and quiet - just perfect. The kitchen has everything you need to cook at home, the baths have plenty of towels, the beds are very comfortable. Basically all needs are met for a short or long stay. We would definitely stay there again.

Excellent!!! A++ experience!
I cannot say enough positive things about our stay. The great communication and friendliness during my interactions with Ken (the owner) were exceptional. As was the property itself. It was the perfect space and location to provide a true feeling of home away from home for visiting family. This will be the first property we look for when we schedule our family's next visit to Indianapolis. Thanks so much for sharing your home with us!
