The hotel is okay. My room kinda smelled like smoke and had a weird stain on the ceiling (I hope it was ketchup). The bed was needing a better pad on it. So, meh. Better than some, but nowhere near excellent as far as property maintenance goes. Could use a renno and new mattress wear

The night is pricey to NOT include breakfast and not having at least some ammenities in the entrance like many other hotels do. Some refill water, some snacks included would make difference. The hotel is outdated, we used to go in other greater years. The only advange, is the space of the rooms.
