「Excellent hotel located in the downtown area. The bathrooms, particularly the shower area needs some improvement. Otherwise it is fine. 」

「I upgraded room to two queen literally with unknown fact about 3rd person. Last minute a third person joined, this room is for 4 ppl stay, we were still charged for third person which terrible as management they need room capacity, if any extra they should charge otherwise they shouldn’t be charging. I need explanation from hotel management and refund.」

「Looks old. Could improve」

「Clean room」

「Simple, compact, and clean room is enough for us. The staff (Ms. Swetha?) took good care of our room condition.」

「I wasted my time so much during check-out.」

「Dishonest Staff and Poor Service: The staff are dishonest and overcharge customers to make personal profits. They frequently provide a twin bed room while charging for a single bed room. This kind of behavior is misleading and unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to others.」
