Superb villa of high level standing with heated pool, between Mazan and St Didier, 6 miles to Carpentras and within 2 miles of nearby usual trade. Quietly set, the house is located on a 39800 sqft flat grounds, magnificiently raised and closed by a provencal wall, conferring an agreable atmosphere of real privacy and peace.

INSIDE
On the ground level, a charming hall distributes a reception WC and, via a long corridor bed- and bathrooms. On the other side a very agreable and spacious lounge/dining on 2 levels, the lounge with a monumental fire place. Aside the dining, a beautiful and perfectly equipped provencal kitchen. The four bedrooms provide all double beds, two privative bathrooms of which one with bath-tub and shower and two with shower cubicle. The kitchen, dining, lounge and two rooms open onto the terrace, running alongside the whole Southern and South-Eastern frontage. A further separated WC, a loundry, and a garage complete the ground floor outlayings. On the first level, a very pleasant TV-room with a sunny terrasse-solarium.

OUTSIDE
The outern commodities consist in a vast terrace surrounding the heated swimming pool as well as a pool house, providing refrigerator, gas barbecue and sink. The pretty garden is very beautiful landscaped with mediterranian species, well upkept and a small oak grove assures beneficial shade.

Certainly one of the lovely holiday homes we have on our website with intimate outdoors, pleasant surroundings and high level standing.
