気になった点 : 清潔度、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備
Let me tell you! If you plan on staying here, you’ve made a big mistake.
The room was filthy. The linens/bed/pillows were very old. Just sitting on the bed would make it squeak.
The floor was dirty.
The bathroom was filthy. I was afraid to touch anything.
The breakfast consisted of toast, bagels, packs of cream cheese, a dirty waffle iron with no syrup.
The coffee pot didn’t work in the breakfast area. Only the decaf side worked.
The door to my room was broke, had to pull it tight in order for it to latch.
The room smelled like mold and cigarettes, and the window only had a curtain, no shears. So if you opened the curtains, you were exposed to the parking lot.
Spend a little bit more money and get a higher grade hotel. You will end up spending more money anyway because the breakfast and coffee we’re in adequate.
