"My husband and I have talked about staying here for years. And when we finally get to, it was disappointing. The bathroom door didnt close properly, the hair dryer was broke, the coffee maker didnt work, tv screen kept freezing and going black, and the patio furniture was super dirty."

They sent me a message that stated the room had full kitchen stocked with kitchen items and a full fridge...the room i had reserved did not have these amenities. Two nights before our check out they sent us a message saying "one more sunrise ..."
