"The apartment was clean, comfortable, spacious, and well-equipped, and had a beautiful view of the mountains, with a patio outside. The owner, Francine, was very welcoming and helpful, going above and beyond on several occasions to make our experience the best it could be. There was access to wonderful hiking trails nearby, just be prepared for some steep inclines! One thing to note is that the resort area of Crans-Montana is very expensive, but there are many great things to do and see there....

"We really enjoyed our stay in this authentic farmhouse. The decorations and woodwork were amazing. Comfortable beds and, despite being an older home, all the modern conveniences. The location is in a beautiful community and we loved our walks through the town. A bit of a language barrier for us with the gentleman living there (we, unfortunately, do not speak French or German), however, there was prompt and excellent communication with the owner. "Nice chalet style hotel with a nice bar. Quite overpriced though for what you get. The spa is very small and operates on a booking schedule. The breakfast is quite limited (they also charge you 14 CHF for an avocado toast). The Frenchie restaurant is very overpriced with an ambitious but underperforming menu. Also stay away from the extremely overpriced Swiss wines. Staff is friendly though. All in all, would be a good hotel if it cost half as much as it does now."

"Attached to the thermal baths and Nordic Spa is super convenient (access included in hotel rate). Staff try really hard to make it a pleasant experience. The rooms are reasonably up to date, though the bathrooms are smallish, particularly the showers. Dining options are slightly limited with the onsite buffet and the nearby Chalet a la carte Swiss traditional food. The included breakfast was decent basic offering, not high end. Overall a very pleasant and convenient way to do the Bains. "

I was in rush to the train station to catch the hourly train back to Montreux but could only reached the hotel to retrieve my luggage 10 min before the train departure. "Je suis venue passer une nuitée avec ma copine et nous avez passé un très bon séjour. L’hôtel a du être récemment rénové car les chambres paraissent assez récentes. Le personnel d’accueil est adorable, le spa avec vue sur la vallée est superbe. L’hôtel dispose même d’une salle de jeux avec billard, ping pong et fléchettes, de quoi bien s’amuser. Le petit déjeuner est un buffet assez varié et de très bonne qualité, il est inclus avec la chambre contrairement à ce qui est indiqué sur Expedia. Nous avons dîné au restaurant chinois, excellent lui aussi. Nous retournons pour sur dans cet hôtel. A noter cependant que les chambres vue villes sont en face du train, cela ne nous a pas dérangé car nous n’étions pas à l’hôtel la journée. "
