「great location for visiting Tikal ruins. guides are always available for sunset and sunrise tours, the price was reasonable. wifi is available in the hotel lobby and restaurant, but not in the room. however cellphones can not be used at the Tikal ruins, so that’s not surprising. totally I recommend this hotel.」

「Beautiful view, Awesome service. Staff was very nice and friendly. Food was so nice and delicious. It’s a wonderful place to stay and relax. Howling monkeys came by on morning, so exotic experience. Definitely going back again. Everyone was really nice. You can also swim on lake and experience giving food to fishes. Temascal sauna was also an unforgettable relaxing time.」

「スタッフがとても親切でした。ホテルと関係ない朝日ツアーガイドとトラブルがあり、相談したら色々面倒をみてくれた。電話を無償で貸してくれたり、最終的にオーナーがガイドの代わりに返金してくれました。電気が使える時間帯が決まっているがそれ以外の時間帯でも部屋の電気は通っていました。真っ暗になる事はないです。レストランが素敵だった、大晦日はスタッフが弦楽器を演奏していて雰囲気を盛り上げていました。」

「This property is in the park and so you can get to the entrance by 6am when they open. The grounds are lovely as you are in the tropical forest. The first night we were there we heard howler monkeys close by and saw a Toucan (wild) and many birds. The hotel is supposedly run entirely on solar power, although that’s not something I could verify. But kudos to them. The room was very spacious for my son and I and so was the bathroom. The second night a troop of spider monkeys went by. What more can...
