「great location for visiting Tikal ruins. guides are always available for sunset and sunrise tours, the price was reasonable. wifi is available in the hotel lobby and restaurant, but not in the room. however cellphones can not be used at the Tikal ruins, so that’s not surprising. totally I recommend this hotel.」

Definitely going back again. Everyone was really nice. You can also swim on lake and experience giving food to fishes. Temascal sauna was also an unforgettable relaxing time.」

「All staff members were friendly, attentive and accommodating. There’s free transportation to Flores available by boat before 8 pm, and for a small fee boat will transport you to surrounding areas after hours. I scheduled the boat at 2:30 am to make it to Flores for my tour to Tikal and for 3 consecutive nights to pick me up after dinner. They also have a complimentary use of 2 kayaks.
