"Such a lovely little holiday home, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Teg is literally in the middle of nowhere, blink and you’ll miss the turning so make sure you read your email directions. We didn’t! We followed the sites postcode directions which aren’t specific enough. "A truly lovely place to stay, moments away from Falmouth beach. The staff were wonderful with reception team especially making you feel as if nothing was too much trouble. We were originally placed in an attic room but moved into another (as available) with grace and speed. The hotel is full of nooks and crannies, the bar is impressively well stocked, the food really tasty - across the outlets - and the hydrotherapy session is not too be missed. Genuinely a delight."

"Friendly and engaging breakfast staff, incredible swimming pool and jacuzzi area inside the pool. We staying in a big room with a stunning balcony, lovely bathroom and wonderful Temple spa bathing products and toiletries. The lovely young woman (slender student with short hair) who cleans the pool and responded to delivering us any missed items to our room was attentive and gave great information when we asked about services. She is a true gem and nothing was ever too much, she deserves a pay rise! A lovely touch was the wonderful gift bag my partner and I received as we checked out which contained sparkling water, perfect for our long drive back to London in the hot weather. Thank you Merchants Manor for a memorable stay, we enjoy every minute and wish you ongoing success of your charming hotel. Eternal blessing to all staff."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our one night stay at this lovely hotel. The staff were all so friendly and accommodating, the room was spacious and clean with plenty of room for our family of four plus a large dog, opening out onto a small patio area and garden. The pool was small but welcoming and a treat for the children. The breakfast was outstanding and all staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable amd satisfied with our stay. Highly recommend."

"I had researched The Plume of Feathers as a wedding anniversary destination, so thought I knew what to expect. The reality was even better! We were given an upgrade to a Luxury Room and it was superb. Clean, very well furnished and spacious. I highly recommend it if your budget allows. We had breakfast and evening meals at The Plume and the food was great every time (the Full English was especially of high quality). Every member of staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. I can't speak highly enough of them. Being in a central location, The Plume is an excellent base to explore Cornwall and is just off the A30. Overall I can't fault the quality and service we received at The Plume, I thoroughly recommend it."

The St Ives Bay Hotel

"The only thing wrong is that the hotel needs upgrading, there were stains on the carpet in reception, as well as in the bar area, in some of the rooms as well. if you are an older guest or have mobility problems the room that we were in, had a bath, with a shower over but I could not access, no room to sit on the toilet as the basin was too close to the toilet and had a nasty crack in it. No lift to access our room, just a staircase which I have a job to use as I have severe arthritis. My fault I should of asked about disabled facilities."
