Had to wait over an hour for check in time evenknow we arrived within check in time. When we asked about the room being premium we were ignored. On boat staff were fine and accomodating which is the reason I didnt give a lower rating. We ended up booking another place for the second night because we were so disappointed. "

The location is stunning, the property is right in front of the backwaters, the verandah is spacious and one can sit and just spent the evening staring at the backwaters. No geneartor avaiable, even ups back also not availble.During our stay mid night 1.00 pm power was not available, after 1hr only it has came. 2) There is no staff or securities during night time.In this condition not advisable for family.
