On day of checkin I was sent an email outside of the hotels.com site asking for a deposit even though my booking was paid up front. It was a little bit sketchy. Then trying to find the location was very confusing as there were several gates and doors each with their own access codes. Very difficult to navigate when you arrive after sunset. "we had a lovely stay at this hotel. we stayed for two nights while we had a disneyland paris trip, the hotel is very conveniently located and we found it very easy to get to disney from here. the staff are all extremely friendly and helpful, they all made us feel really welcome and although we had no concerns - they made us feel safe to express them if we had any. the room is very clean, the beds are very comfortable especially after a long day on your feet, it comes with coffee facilities which although we didn’t use could be very useful to others. also located near the lift was a water fountain which dispensed normal temperature water and very cold water which was very refreshing. we will definitely be using this hotel from now on for our frequent trips. "

"The facilities are in great condition. Beautiful place for kids to have fun. My kids had a lot of fun from the pool, to the games room etc. The free shuttle to Disneyland park and back came in very handy. However, I didn’t like the fact there was no eggs on the breakfast menu, we were asked to pay for it(so much for an intercontinental menu)"

"An outstanding hotel offering the very best family experience, with top class service and amenities. The reception area is beautiful, staff were very attentive and eager to assist guests on arrival. The rooms were immaculate and well appointed. The hotel is perfectly positioned for easy & fast access to both Disney parks. Spoilt for choice in terms of dining options. The only negative comment is the price - expensive. Also, room service menu was very limited. "
