Gorgeous home in Opatija

Villa Slava is a newly built holiday home with pool near Opatija.

In the village Matulji there are shops, restaurants, children's playground and cafes and the nearest beach is 4.5 km away. The location is ideal for active and relaxing holidays, in a few minutes you can reach the nature park Ucka with many cycling and hiking trails, and the pearl of the Adriatic Opatija with beautiful promenades, popular cafes and restaurants. On a 600 sqm property there is a pool of 32 sqm, sun loungers, covered terrace with dining table, barbecue and parking for three cars.

Villa Slava has a living area of 224 sqm and is spread over two floors. On the ground floor there is an air-conditioned living area, dining room and fully equipped kitchen, a separate toilet in the hallway, a bedroom with private bathroom and access to the terrace. On the first floor are three bedrooms, each with air conditioning, en-suite bathrooms and access to the balcony. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.



Please note that: Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate in 2025. Consumption costs are included in the room rate. Up to one pet is allowed. Outdoor private pool on site is open May - end September.

Großes komfortables Ferienhaus

Ideal für große Familien oder Kleingruppen - durch die Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad eine hohe Privatsphäre. Der Pool bietet ganztägigen Sonnenanbetern alles was sie brauchen. Die Ausstattung des Objektes ist grossartig. Der Eigentümer wohnt in Rijeka und ist sehr hilfsbereit und unkompliziert. Mit dem Auto ist man in 10 Minuten an den schönen Stränden von Opatja - Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants direkt in der Nähe - frische Brötchen gibt’s direkt in Matulji - herrlich.
