There was a roach in the bathroom, no hand towels, empty fridge ( at least some water would be good) and the bed cover was really old and stained.

The hotel is very unprofessional! I arrived late for the check in and they didn’t have rooms available, then I asked for a refund but they didn’t accept. Poor management and weak customer service.
