  • Experience old Florida island living at this incredible modern waterfront cottage home on Matlacha Island featuring massive waterfront views, a huge private heated infinity pool w/ sun shelf, an authentic Seminole Indian Tiki hut & your own private boat ramp. This is not a canal cottage, it’s a full waterfront lifestyle property designed for relaxation & entertaining with unforgettable views & memories! What an amazing property. What a relaxing stay with a beautiful view and pool the owner was amazing and aways available. Why does no one talk about the amazing shower in the master bathroom and the outdoor shower and tub! You absolutely should book this property.

Such an ideal "Staycation" spot for us that I almost want to Gatekeep this gem. The day begins with a gorgeous sunrise, coffee, dolphins & jumping mullet dockside; lunch/brunch at The Perfect Cup can't be beat. Then watch the sunset from the bridge after a terrific dinner either cooked in the well- equipped kitchen, grilled poolside or with a 5 minute stroll in either direction. The infinity pool with sundecks and the all-day Seabreeze make tanning a pleasure with the kayaks and pet-friendly stay an added bonus. Don't hesitate to enjoy true R&R while helping to support the rebuilding of Matlacha!!
