「Underground apartment so there is no internet signal on phones and there is no wifi either so it was impossible to use our phones. The air conditioner in the living room was broken and the humidity inside made it hard to breathe. The building has a nasty sewer smell especially on the underground floor. The area is also infested with cockroaches. We contacted vrbo support for a solution because my family has asthma and even provided proof from my doctor to vrbo which led to extremely poor...

"アテネ空港から電車M3でSyntagma駅下車、１５分ほど歩いてホテルに到着します。地下鉄に乗り換える手段もありますが、ホテル直前にはゼウス神殿もあるので徒歩で行くほうがいいでしょう。レセプションの対応も良く気持ちよくチェックインできました。ありがたいことにウェルカムワインボトル１本の提供がありました。ホテル最上階のレストランでディナーを取りましたが、週末で混雑していたため、9PM開始と遅くなりましたが、このワインのおかげで、アペリティフになりました。レストランからのパルテノン神殿の景色は夜、朝とも最高でした。もちろん夕食、朝食とも大変おいしかったです。"

"スタッフの対応はとても良かったです。タクシーのアレンジも丁寧でしたし、出先で忘れ物をしたと伝えたら、電話をかけてくれて、とても親切でした。このホテルを拠点に、メテオラやサントリーニに旅行したので、連泊は2日だけでしたが、計4泊しました。場所は、プラカにあり、お土産屋さん街にも近いし、アクロポリスまでも、歩いて行ける便利なところです。ただ、宿泊料金の割には、バスタブがある部屋に当たったことはなく、途中でバスタブのある部屋にして欲しいとリクエストしましたが、同じ価格帯にはなく、差額料金を払うと言っても、空いていないと言われました。一度だけ、アクロポリスがみえるバルコニー付きの部屋になったことがありましたが、それでも、バスタブはありません。また、隣の騒音がよく聞こえます。そのあたりの施設面は、少し、残念に思いました。"

"グランドハイアットだとは到底信じられない。設備・内装・サービスのどれもホリデイ・インやノボテルなどのクラス。モダンな内装なのに既に経年劣化がみられ、特に水回りで著しく、シャワーヘッドはゴムのパッキンが劣化して固定できず、お湯の温度調節すら難しい。客室の椅子は大き過ぎて、少し動かしただけで大きな音がして階下の部屋に鳴り響く。"
