es ist erstaunlich wie Sie eine Auswertung aller Unterlagen innerhalb von 25 Minuten erledigen können. Allein, dass die FeWO nicht gereinigt war, keinerlei Informationen vorlagen - Wo?Was? - irgendwie als Einweisung verstehen könnte.
Wir haben die FeWo selbst gereinigt, da Ihre Reinigungskraft erst 1 Tag nach Anreise erschien. Ihre Reinigungskraft hat lediglich die Küche geputzt. Erst ein Mitarbeiter (?) erschien am 8.Januar und begutachtete unsere Mängelanzeige. Er...

「Todo genial, la estancia en la casa ha sido maravillosa por la ubicación. Lo único que nos ha gustado menos es que el
horario de entrada a la casa ha sido a las 16:00 de la tarde y perdímos bastante tiempo en la mañana que llegamos, pero lo demás todo genial. Habitaciones,colchones,sábanas y toallas nuevas. Aires acondicionados. Repetiremos.Gracias!」
