"Staff communication and leadership by management needs a lot of improvement. It was a nightmare making the booking to start with and we were expected to pay for breakfast during checkout even through staff had confirmed it was inclusive of our stay when we specifically asked during checkin."

"Very much in need of renovation, and basics need sorting. No electricity when you need it, cold/tepid water, pretty poor breakfast. Rooms were clean but they are just too far gone. Price doesn't reflect experience sorry to say."
