"We had a warm and friendly welcome, helped by our ability to speak French (Paul and Genevieve admit that they have very little English!). Be prepared with provisions and fuel when you arrive as the nearest shops are some distance away and likely to be closed at inconvenient times (for the English at least!). "Given the price we were expecting basic which I was fine with but I did not expect dirty. The floor, sofa and bedding was covered in hair. We also smelt gas intermittently so were concerned there was a leak. We felt very uncomfortable there due to it being grubby and feeling unsafe due to the gas smell. We left after just one night. When we swept up to clean the place we swept up so much dirt that was not of our making as we had tried to out of the property as much as possible! I felt really let...
