"The staff was very friendly and kindly upgraded us to a better room since the hotel was not so busy. They provided great tips on how to maximize our time in their facilities. The gym was top notch and the room was very clean and with great TV options. "

"Check in was great. I'm tall, so I struggle with looking down at name tags. It feels awkward, especially if someone presents as female, I am a male. My check in attendant was helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. I appreciate them, but I didn't catch their name. Maybe at check there could be a nameplate? Or perhaps it's just me. Thanks!"

"Everything about the accommodations was great; the room was very clean, spacious and comfortable; from the bed and pillows to the seating area too. The location was a plus, as it was rainy that night and we could visit Harpoon Brewery across the street, as well as a few choices for seafood as well as other bars/clubs within walking distance. Happy customer here "
