The Historic Park Inn Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"We loved the thoughtful restoration of this unique historic property. Every little detail was attuned to the Arts & Crafts period and reflected Frank Lloyd Wright’s aesthetic. The desk staff were friendly and helpful. We were charmed by the hotel, the central city park across the street, and the many options for entertainment and learning in Mason City. We plan to return. It’s a delightful spot for a weekend getaway."

"We accidentally left our personal laundry bag (with soap and dirty clothes in it!) we didn’t notice it until the 2nd morning after our check out. We were going to be returning home via the route the hotel is on. I called to see if the housekeeper happened to find it. She did! They held it at the front desk and we picked it up on our return trip!!"
"I always like staying here. My only complaint is that it smelled of "old" cooking oder. It may have been closed up for a while so no fresh air was available or it may have been coming from one of the other units. This is the first time I have ever noticed an unpleasant odor.Otherwise all was great."
