"This property really turned out to be a gem. Our room was right outside the pool which is tucked down below behind the restaurant. Even on the most windy days we could get in the pool comfortably. Pool bar is a plus, those gals were very sweet. The AC in the room blows like a champ and was so comfy. Wholly housekeeping, they barely offer that in the US anymore so, it was so refreshing each day and filling our water pitcher was the best!! Food at the restaurant was good too. Def will be back, thanks Magic island."
"We had the most incredible honeymoon at this resort! Located on the quieter northern part of the island, it was the perfect place to relax and unwind after our wedding. The peaceful atmosphere made it feel like our own little paradise.
The service was exceptional from the moment we arrived. Every staff member was friendly, attentive, and genuinely made us feel special throughout our stay. The food exceeded our expectations, with every meal being fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The drinks were equally impressive—creative, expertly made, and always delicious.
If you’re looking for a beautiful resort with outstanding hospitality, amazing food and drinks, and a peaceful setting away from the crowds, this is the perfect choice. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate the start of our marriage and would absolutely love to return one day!"
"Apart from the make up towels causing stains in the white towels this hotel is amazing. You really can’t pay for better views. The north side is quiet and relaxing. The hotel boat makes it so easy to access the other side where most attractions are and it’s free for hotel guests! The staff are kind and helpful! I have already recommended this place to several people and I hope to return soon!"
"We had a wonderful stay here and they have one of the most incredible views from the balcony. From the moment we arrived we felt at home, and the accommodations were modern and beautiful. A special high five goes out to Moses! He was always around and there to help, he carried our bags to our room, he brought us more water when we needed it. The most impressive thing about this young man was the respect that he showed us, not only because we were guests, but because he really cared that our time in Belize was special.
If you want the best spot on Caye Caulker, look no further!"
"Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and very helpful, including calling a golf cart rental company and having the cart delivered to the hotel. The location was excellent as it was an easy walk to the main area of shops and restaurants, but far enough to be away from the noise. We had a beach front room with a beautiful view. Will definitely stay there again if we visit again."
"The staff were all very kind and super friendly! And it's nice how everyone seems to know each other because you'll quickly learn that this is a small very welcoming community here. Room was always well cleaned when I got back from my adventures and I really appreciated the free water and coffee in the office. The super cool AC made sleep a comfort! It's proximity to everything you need is also a major bonus to consider.
In response to negative reviews saying this place is old, rusty and unclean: those are from Karens who don't understand you're on an Island in the middle of the ocean where everything isn't as developed as a city stay. Keep that in mind! You'll only have a bad time if you're fussy and not appreciative of enjoying the moment you're in and seriously the TV comment!? You didn't travel all this way to watch TV in your hotel room, sheesh."
"this place was very convenient to everything on the island. had pool access, parking for golf carts, budget friendly. The room was very bare and not much at all. I do wish they had maybe a throw blanket(I know it's hot but with AC on in the room- would be useful. Also the room is tile and a mat or something by the bed would be nice. overall had a great stay."
