Welcome to your ideal waterside retreat, where comfort meets outdoor adventure. This charming, home offers beautiful water views and direct access to a small boat launch, perfect for rowboats and kayaks (no motorboats). Whether you're paddling at sunrise or enjoying a quiet evening by the fire, this property offers everything you need for a peaceful and memorable stay.

Thoughtfully designed for convenience, the home features a ramp leading to the main level, making it fully accessible. Step inside to a welcoming living room filled with natural light, creating a cozy spot to relax and unwind. Just beyond, the fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare meals, and a dedicated dining area provides a comfortable space to gather and enjoy them together.

Down the hallway, you'll find three comfortable bedrooms, all located on the main floor for easy access. The home includes one full bathroom, split into two separate spaces: one area with the toilet, washer, and dryer, and a second space with a standalone shower thoughtful layout for guests sharing the space.

For Reservations made over 60 days away, you will make two payments - 50% initial payment with reservation and the final balance will be auto billed to your credit card 60 days prior to arrival. We accept American Express, Mastercard and Visa for payments.
