「Grand old villa, with grand furniture. Close to Mt Etna cable car, very convenient. Our chef prepared fresh ravioli, and rissoto, plus delicious mains for our meal at night. Followed up with fresh prepared sicilian breakfast in the morning. We got lost due to google maps, and staff came to find us, which was appreciated. Room was comfy and huge, a very enjoyable night.」

「We stayed here the night before our trip up Mt Etna. It was an ideal location for an early start, 20-25mins from the cable car station. We arrived early the day before but were allowed to check into our room and had the entire place to ourselves so spent the afternoon sat by the pool. 「のんびりと観光しながら向かおうと思っていましたが、到着時間を何回も聞かれ、観光しながらのメールのやり取りにはまいりました。また、時間を指定されたため、観光の途中で予定を変更してチェックインしに行かなければならず、その後同じ場所に戻りと、時間を無駄にしました。短い観光時間の中でそのようなやり取りに時間を取られ、もったいなかったと思っています。また、それ以降スタッフは見なかったのです（携帯チャットのやり取りになるようです）。　部屋は広く綺麗に整えられていましたが、暖房が効かず、滞在中ずっと寒さに耐えなければならず、次の日には風邪を引いてしまいました。　場所も観光スポットから遠く（バスで30分くらい）、不便でした。」

「We loved our stay, the room was amazing! the only note is that the air conditioning is very loud, I think it is becaude of the acoustics of the room, but we got use to it, so not a deal breaker. 」
