Garth Newell - GOODYEAR LAKE - Built in 2010, Garth Newell means New House in Welsh. This private apartment is located on the lower level of the owner's home. Garth Newell guests enjoy a stone patio with rocking chairs, a deck with picnic table and a fire pit on the lawn - all overlooking the 135 foot waterfront. There is a private entrance and a dock for swimming and fishing. The owner provides three tandem kayaks,1 canoe, and a stand up paddle board, and fishing gear for your pleasure. A hammock provides relaxation.

The spacious main room includes a kitchen and living area. There is a separate dining area.

Note: Owner lives above in Main House, and has 4 outside cats. They are not allowed in the apartment, but you may see them on the grounds. You will enjoy as much privacy as you would in a hotel room.
