"The staff at the front desk didn’t tell us we had to use two elevators to get to our room. Frustrating figuring out on your own. Unless you want to hang by the pool, there is absolutely nothing to do at this hotel. There is no nearby town to walk around , only the hotel surrounded by beautiful wine country. Also it’s a harrowing mountainous drive to get to this hotel. The roads are barely wide enough for a small SUV."

"It was an amazing stay! The highlight of our vacation so far. The room and property is beautiful. The view is breathtaking! It was enjoyable to spend the afternoon by the pool during the heatwave. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful! And breakfast was delicious. A true 10/10 experience! We hope to be back one day."
