🏡 Wohnung: komplette Einheit mit Fußbodenheizung, separates Doppelzimmer mit Klimagerät beheizt.
Der buchende erklärt sich bei der Buchung damit einverstanden ein freiwilliges Deposit in der höhe von 200 Euro (bei jugendlichen Gruppen 500 Euro) für self check in/check out zu bezahlen welches vor der Ankunft über Airbnb einkassiert und welches nach der Abreise zurückerstattet wird sofern im Haus alles in Ordnung ist.
Extrareinigung für Rauchen im Haus: 100 Euro!
Verspäteter check out wird strikte mit 50 Euro pro angebrochener Stunde verrechnet ab 10.30 Uhr! Nicht zur Schikane sondern weil wir unsere Reinigungscrew bezahlen und umdisponieren müssen!
