The reception staff were incredibly unhelpful when I asked to change my booking for my mother to another day due to a National train strike which meant she couldn’t get there. I was asking to move it not cancel it, but they were very inflexible. And said, I would have to pay again. I am going to be on Rome often, but definitely will NOT stay here or recommend anyone to stay here.

Great location friendly staff

The hotel itself was nice, but our experience with the staff was disappointing. We had already paid around $1,600 through Expedia, but at check-in we were told our reservation was for one person and were charged an additional €50 per night for my girlfriend, totaling €250. What disappointed us most was how unhelpful the hotel was in trying to resolve or explain the situation. We understand booking issues can happen, but the lack of assistance and unexpected extra charge left a bad impression on an otherwise nice stay.
