"The check in process was a little bit of a scare at first when we were given the code and wasn’t able to get in due to the code not working. I immediately reached out and within minutes it was fixed and I was able to get in! This place was very beautiful and cozy! The neighborhood is great! "The roll in shower in our room spilled water all over the bathroom and it spilled out into the bedroom too. The shower seat was coming unscrewed from the wall. Sarah at the front desk was super kind and helpful. The golf cart was parked blocking the wheelchair ramp to get into breakfast. The next day she made sure that it was parked appropriately. The swimming pool is only accessible by steps. It would be very easy to build a ramp "

"The staff is amazing. Everyone is always so nice and welcoming. the rooms are extremely clean and I always feel so relaxed. My daughter is at Missouri State so we come to Springfield quite often.
