「We spent 6-nights here at this Riad which is higher up in the Médina: we were able to walk to the city centre. For our month long Moroccan holiday we decided to stay at quality Riads as they provide a reasonably authentic experience: our previous ones were great to terrific. This Riad is neither of those! We could go on for many lines in this review of the many frustrating times we endured here but we won’t because it might seem to many that such an establishment surely couldn’t be that...

「Wonderful stay if you are looking for more “authentic” accommodations. By US standards, rooms were very small, bed was very firm and also small. Couldn’t get TV to work but could have been user error. Staff welcomed you with customary tea (delicious by the way). We loved it.」

「Stayed at the Riad Jul 26-27, for a mother-daughter weekend. Beautiful Riad, the ladies employed were so busy cleaning, everything was spotless. Reception staff, although very polite and helpful upon arrival, was banging on our door to take my daughter out, all this happening at midnight. Not impressed. Will not stay here again」

「Absolutely horrible! This is the worst room we have booked in the last 20 years. I have traveled to more than 70 countries around the world and this is by far one of the worst rooms I have ever stayed in! BEWARE! The location is terrible - in the middle of a dead area in Tangier and you have to go up either a tons of steps or down a tons of steps. You cannot get a taxi to your room, you will need to climb up or down many stairs. We waited outside of the place for 45 minutes for someone to show...

「Great location near the Petit Socco. Staff were professional. Breakfast was buffet style, unlike other riads I stayed at. Noise carries easily through the central atrium, so I could hear conversations and even snoring from other rooms, which was a bit of a downside. Still, the medina itself was very quiet at night, and I slept well. If you’re arriving with a suitcase from the pier or beach, take the sloped path—Google Maps may direct you to stairs, which is difficult.」

「Well this hotel is very hard to find but in an amazing location right in the Medina The patio isn’t too much of use but the room is clean and perfect AC」

「The location had a great view of the coast, and the hotel had English speaking staff, which gave me a great impression. I stopped by for one night on business, so I would like to stay for more than one night next time. The view from the top floor restaurant was also amazing.」
