完全にフェンスで囲まれた2ヘクタールの壮大な美しい庭園の真ん中に位置し、プロヴァンスの丘で息をのむように見えます。 非常に大きな家族や友人のグループに対応できます。
10代の若者、赤ちゃんや祖父母と孫を持つ若いカップルなど、誰もが自分の場所を見つけることができます。
夜は穏やかでリラックスできます。日中は非常に暑いこともありますが、家では涼しい昼寝のために避難することができ、プールは昼夜を冷やすことができます。
バスルームは家中に分散しており、一部の人には、大型の実用的なシャワーを備えています。

Julien ontving ons erg hartelijk met open armen en gaf ons een nauwkeurige en uitgebreide rondleiding. De keuken had erg veel faciliteiten al was het soms wat zoeken wat je precies waar kon vinden.

Vacances à Marseille

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison spacieuse et joliment décorée. Elle est aussi calme, et bien équipée. Idéalement située pour des vacances à la découverte de Marseille et ses environs. Le jardin est très appréciable.

Authentic French farmhouse stay.

We had an excellent two week stay at this lovely property near to Gemenos. Our family group of 11 ranged from children to grandparents. The house is very well equipped and the grounds are the standout feature with lots of space for everyone to relax. The pool is a great size for a larger group. It is possible to walk to a nearby restaurant which was great for us. We only really used the bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen as we spend much of our stay in the gardens. Given the heat there were many mosquitoes which did make for a more uncomfortable stay during the first week. The villa could really benefit from air conditioning as it’s challenging to sleep in the height of summer. We did have some problems during our stay such as plumbing issues, which were attended to but not fully resolved and had no internet throughout. Overall a lovely place for a relaxing holiday with nearby places of interest and natural parks. Thank you.

Aufenthalt bei Beatrice im Haus

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist super schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Garten ist sehr schön angelegt!! Leider nur sehr viele Mücken :( (aber dafür kann das Haus ja nichts)

Helaas viel deze accommodatie tegen. Wij hadden het verblijf voor een week geboekt om hier met familie een mooie vakantie te beleven. Echter was het huis slecht schoongemaakt, lag er nog vuile was en waren prullenbakken niet geleegd. Ook werkte het hek van het verblijf niet goed, trokken verschillende wc's in het huis niet goed door en zaten er deurklinken los waardoor deze eraf vielen. Daarnaast was er een doucheputje verstopt. Ook hebben wij een deel van onze borg moeten betalen op basis van ongegronde verwijten. Al met al zouden wij deze accommodatie niet aanraden en voor dit geld even verder zoeken.

Propriété calme, agréable. Bonne literie. Chauffage apprécié compte tenu du temps malheureusement frais.Avoir les modes d'emploi des appareils aurait été utile. Le pb d'eau chaude a été résolu d'une part après appel et d'autre part par notre cousin qui a identifié le problème. Un regret: celui de n'avoir pu utiliser la piscine qu'en fin de séjour, ayant dû "être choquée". Au total séjour agréable pour tous.

Home in Provence

The property is approached down an imposing long drive. When the house comes into view it is clearly slightly quirky, with a round room and pigeon loft. Inside the house is comfortably furnished in a style and materials from an earlier era (maybe 60's), not sure exactly which and I don't want to offend the owner. The entire building feels lived in, as if the owners have just gone away for a week! This was just my kind of house, we were twelve and there was plenty of room and bathrooms. The outside dining table was vast and in close proximity to the well equipped kitchen - it even had sharp knives! The swimming pool was really clean and good for smaller children. It was not far from Marseille, Cassis and the national park of Calanque, Gémenos is a pretty little village. This is a lovely holiday house and the perfect antidote to those anodyne minimalist type properties. It is highly recommended!

Family Holiday Celebration

There is a lot to love about this property and also a lot that lets it down which could be easily remedied. Starting with the positive the outside space is magnificent, the kids where in the pool all day and there are plenty of areas with chairs to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The outside eating and cooking space is also great. Inside the house is where it lets itself down, the furnishings are tired, falling apart in places dusty! The kitchen was not clean we had to rewash everything we needed to use, we cleaned out the dishwasher filter which helped. There is a cuboard full of saucepans with very few that work on the induction cooker, why not remove them. Nearly all the loo seats where broken and some of the bedding was quite shabby. Although there was general feeling of disappointment about the house’s shortfalls we all still had a very good holiday and spent most of our time outside.

Prachtig verblijf

Zeer aangenaam, goed ingericht, ruim huis. Iedereen had er zijn eigen privacy en toch waren we allemaal samen. Prachtige locatie. Groot en warm zwembad. Mooie terrassen. Aangenaam om te vertoeven in de zon met voldoende schaduw van de bomen die dienst deden als natuurlijke parasol. Goed contact met de verantwoordelijke van het huis. Gezellig dorpje met lekkere restaurantjes. Supermarkten in de buurt. 20 min met de auto naar het strand en gezellige centrum van Cassis.

Très belle villa

Très belle villa, extérieurs très agréables avec belle piscine de taille et profondeur appréciables. Nous avons majoritairement communiqué avec Sandra qui a été très sympathique et flexible quand à l’heure d’arrivée et vis à vis du check out. Proximité en voiture de cassis, Marseille, la Ciotat, etc. Agréables promenades à proximité également. Idéal pour groupe d’amis, particulièrement si des couples sont présents. La dépendance ainsi que les nombreuses chambres et salles de bains permettent à chacun d’avoir son intimité. La villa peut accueillir jusqu’à 12 personnes mais nous étions 8 ce qui était idéal pour que chaque couple ou personne seule puisse avoir sa propre chambre et être entièrement confortable. Nous recommandons.

Maison charmante mais sale

Grande maison avec beaucoup de potentiel, décoration veille, araignée au plafond poussier dans les coins de la maison,piscine non entretenue on a demander a passer le robot il doit avoir l'âge de la maison aussi on a relancer le robot 10 fois pour avoir un sol propre de la piscine après dans l'ensemble ça va juste les prise électriques 70% ne marche pas Notre séjour c'est bien passer dans l'ensemble mais le.forfait ménage trop chère pour une maison mal entretenu Aussi non les fauteuils sont confortables mais plein de tache noir Un jardin magnifique avec une belle vue sur galarban Pour ce retrouver en famille jolie coin agréable surtout l'extérieur
