We had a great stay at his property. The apartment was beautiful. Communication with staff was excellent. The location is great, very close to everything. We were in France for ten days staying in different places and this apartment was by far the best.

Appartement très agréable, idéalement situé, joliment décoré. Les rideaux occultants ne le sont pas à 100%, si vous avez besoin de l'obscurité totale pour dormir emportez un masque. Accueil mitigé alors que le contact téléphonique était bon, probablement dû à une contrariété subie par la persinne un peu avant notre arrivée, et pas d'infos sur le check-out

Very big appartment with all you need for an amazing stay. The room was clean. Wifi was not very good in the bedroom but good in the living room. Access to the washing machines which was a great plus since we were travelling for a while. We would stay here again!

A lovely spacious modern apartment.. Very clean and well kept. Lovely swimming pool. Very good aircon which is important as it was 33 degrees. Private car park which is fantastic as parking in Cassis can be a big problem. Walk to town in 5 mins so location is great.

Location is good. The place is nice and spacious. We were charged 50 euros extra for cleaning however when we got to the property there were cannabis/weed all over the place which tells me the cleaning wasn’t done but they are still charging everyone a cleaning fee which is not fair. Also the fact that they don’t even change your towels and expect you to use the same ones during your stay is also not ideal.

Fantastisk Ferie....

Hotellet havde bare alt hvad vi havde brug for. Suiten var meget rent og godt indrettet med alle de ting man havde brug for. Terrasserne var store med en dejlig udsigt til Cassis. Indkvarteringen og modtagelsen fra Isabelle var super god og imødekommen. Alle billeder af hotellet var som de gav udtryk for. Pool området var skønt. Dejligt at hotellet havde vaskemaskiner til fri afbenyttelse. Vi havde alle en fantastisk ferie. Familie på 4 personer. Hotellet lå super dejligt med meget kort afstand til Cassis by og strand. Rigtigt godt med Parkering ved hotel. Vi kommer helt sikkert tilbage igen.

Wir (= eine deutsch-französische Familie) sind begeistert von unserem Aufenthalt im Hôtel Particulier Cassis und werden dort wieder übernachten, wenn wir später in der Gegend sind. Die Residenz ist ebenso sauber und ruhig wie nahe am Stadtzentrum und den Stränden. Die Wohnung eignet sich gut für drei bis vier Personen. Der Pool, der Balkon mit Meerblick unserer Wohnung sowie der Parkplatz sind sehr zu schätzen. Der Empfang dort ist herzlich. Nous (= famille franco-allemande) sommes ravis de notre séjour à Hôtel Particulier Cassis et y logerons à nouveau si nous passons plus tard dans le coin. La résidence est aussi propre et calme que proche du centre-ville et des plages. L'appartement convient bien pour 3 ou 4 personnes. La piscine, le balcon avec vue sur la mer de notre appartement tout comme la place de parking sont très appréciables. L'accueil y est chaleureux.

We struck gold when the room we had booked was unavailable due to flooding and they upgraded us to the most incredible suite we have ever stayed in! A breathtaking, panoramic view of the ocean, the surrounding hills and castle, and the town of Cassis laid out before our eyes was fabulous, but the infinity pool in the foreground blew our minds! The interior was also stunning and spacious. We recommend some attention be made toward a few items, such as repair or replacement of the floor to ceiling blind tracks which were next to impossible to open and close, a restocking of the kitchen supplies as many commonly needed items were missing or in unusable condition, making sure all lights and lamps are working, and heat in the pool, which we yearned to be able to swim in. A mattress pad on the bed would be a big improvement as well, as it was quite hard. Otherwise, the privilege to be able to stay in this unit was like a vacation within a vacation and one we will never forget!

The assistance we received during and after initial check in was marginal. The room was warm and I was unable to get the air conditioning to cool. Jennifer was not able to get it working and the facilities contact, Benoit, was not able get it working. After an hour of trial and error I was able get it to cool. That should not be my responsibility. It would be helpful if there were instructions for how to use the washer and dryer. Once again, we figured it out through trial and error. We liked the location.
